How can I be sure I'll be collected by the shuttle driver?
We have this one! All of our drivers monitor flight times and will adjust if your flight is running early or late. We use the latest software and routing applications to make sure that we're there on time when you need us. Provided that your airport shuttle has been booked and you have received confirmation of payment and booking, it's all good - we'll be there.
Will the transfer vehicle I've chosen definitely be available?
How do you like to travel? At Airport Shuttle Durban we run a variety of vehicles which means that sometimes your chosen vehicle may not be available for the day (maintenance etc.) in which case a vehicle of equal or better calibre will be used to ensure that you enjoy the trip
Why aren't your shuttles branded?
We're safety conscious. After extensive research into crime trends and client opinion in SA a lot of clients asked us for discreet shuttles. We've listened and use unmarked/unbranded vehicles for all our transfers.
Will we need to collect other passengers on the way to my destination?
Nope, that's not us. Unless you've asked us to collect another passenger along the way, there's no waiting for other pickups, detours along the way etc. We are a very personalised service and want to get you home as quick as we can or to the airport to rest up before your flight.
Do I have to do payment online?
You can select "cash to driver" when you confirm the booking and pay the driver in cash directly if you prefer. Naturally we do tend to prefer electronic transactions to reduce the risk involved in carrying cash. Unfortunately our drivers do not carry or accept foreign currencies due to banking laws in SA. If you're a regular client, please contact us for an account application and we will send you the necessary paperwork to open an account for your company.
Is it safe to book and pay online?
